This first floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is truly special. It is one of the few on the Resort offering stunning golf views from both back and front balconies, enabling guests to watch the early groups tee off over breakfast and the later groups tackle the challenging 17th fairway. Although I rent homes as a business, this apartment is one that I personally own and i have made it to be a real home from home with comfy sofas, loungers, Weber bbq and of course internet and Sky TV. The specific specification is:
- Master bedroom with extra king size double bed (can be made into twins if required) with ensuite bathroom, TV and patio doors to the front terrace
- Large twin bedroom (can be made into a double if required) with patio doors out to the rear terrace
- Family bathroom with full bath and shower, heated towel rail
- Fully equipped kitchen with views over the first green and fairway with Bosch microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher, cooker and hob, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Additional tumble drier in garage.
- Large lounge diner with comfy sofas, dining table (seating six), 50" TV with Sky, CD/DVD player, books, DVDs and IPod connection kit
- Front and rear terraces with views over lakes and fountains from front and the first green/fairway and countryside from the rear terrace, making it a very peaceful place to be! Fully equipped with loungers, dining furniture and Weber bbq
- Air conditioning/heating throughout
- Access to all the Resort's facilities including Olympic sized communal swimming pool and separate baby pool (free), golf practice areas (free), tennis courts (minimal charge), football pitch
