Boavista apartments
All of my apartments at Boavista are two bedrooms/two bathrooms (master ensuite) and furnished to an exceptionally high standard as true homes from home. All come with either front and back balconies with stunning views or with front balcony and rear garden, again with exceptional, uninterrupted views over the golf course and countryside. All have air conditioning, Sky TV, washer/drier, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker/hob and everything you need to make you feel at home from the moment you step through the door. All apartments also come with access to the huge swimming pool and separate baby pool, tennis, health club/spa (discounted membership available), football academy (in high season), children's play area, and 25% discount off normal golf fees and 10% discount in the main restaurant and bar.
Lakes and fountains apartment. My own apartment with stunning views from its two balconies. Sky TV in bedroom and lounge, bbq and internet facility.
Again, stunning views from front balcony but with the additional benefit of its own back garden with BBQ.

Boavista three bedroom villas
Renting a villa at Boavista is a good option for those wanting the extra space indoors and out but without paying the earth for them. These three bedroom villas have a similar specification to the apartments, but have the additional benefit of a ground floor bedroom suite, large living accommodation and two upstairs bedrooms with bathroom. Outside, there is a first floor terrace overlooking (perfect for that morning cup of tea or predinner drinks) and a rear balcony with stunning views leading of the bedrooms. In addition, all have gardens with direct views over the golf course/countryside which are equipped with outside dining furniture and sunbeds to catch the sun's rays! All villas also come with access to all of the resort's amenities.
It is very unusual to find four bedroom villas to rent at Boavista, and Villa Vista Boavista is indeed a gem. With its private pool, four bedrooms (including ground floor bedroom suite), superb views and free membership of the health club and spa, Villa Vista Boavista is the place to stay on this prestigous golf and leisure resort. The villa is exquisitely furnished to be a real home from home for the most discerning holidaymaker or golfing group and offers free wi-fi.

Lakes garden villa. Superbly furnished three bedroom (one ground floor bedroom suite for additional privacy/the less able). Two balconies and garden with stunning views. Spa package 25 euros per week (covers all guests staying at the villa).
