The villa is newly decorated/refurbished, combining a high standard of furnishings with taste and style. Situated in the heart of the pretty (and totally unspoilt - this is real Portuguese living!) village of Budens, just minutes from golf courses and the beaches, this village house has literally everything you need on the doorstep.
The villa is two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and has two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The spacious kitchen has everything you need for day to day living and leads through to the dining room and lounge. From the lounge there are patio doors to a lovely balcony with views over the countryside and the village - a perfect place for that early morning cup of coffee, catching the rays or an evening drink! The villa is broadband ready (available at additional cost) and available for long or short term rentals.
Step outside the villa and you have a small supermarket selling the essentials such as eggs, milk, bread beer, wine and just a short stroll up the street takes you to the post office (fax facilities available), a church, restaurants/bars (no tourist prices hre!) , bus stop with frequent services to Lagos, Luz and along the coast, a fishmonger, butcher and baker (but not candlestick maker!) visit the village square on a regular basis. For a wider range of food and other essential items, the large Eco Marche supermarket is a five minute stroll,as is the new alternative therapy clinic offering a wide range of massage and sport therapy treatments.

The house is located on the edge of Parque da Floresta golf course and Boavista's Championship golf course, health club and spa is just a 15 minute' drive (25% discount on normal green fees available). The beaches are within easy reach - including some of the most stunning (and unspoilt) in the area - and the views of the national park from every angle from both the house and the village are just outstanding.
This villa house is ideal for a couple or small family looking to really appreciate living in the Algarve and a well priced alternative to living in the more touristy areas, albeit that the beaches, golf and all the delights that the Algarve have to offer are within a few minutes' drive at most.
