Homes with communal pools
Not everyone has either the budget or inclination to stay in a home with a private pool. Sometimes its good for the kids to make friends with other children, and where better than around the pool area. Others like to come to the Algarve for the scenery or culture, so paying for a private pool is a waste of money. Or, if you're coming here for a longer stay, perhaps looking to purchase or waiting for your home to be built, then budget wise a longer let without a private pool can make a great deal of financial sense. For these reasons I offer a range of homes to fit every budget. Like my homes with pools, all are of an exceptional standard (something I always insist on with owners) and located in convenient positions.
Budens: Village house. Set in the heart of the village, this two bedroom house with balconies with stunning views over the countryside is a real gem. Lagos, Meia Praia:. One bedroom apartment in well maintained complext with pool, just a few minutes walk from Meia Praia beach and the town of Lagos. Two bedroom villa, just minutes from the vast expanse of Meia Praia beach with its restaurants, bars, this is a truly gorgeous villa for those wanting a beach based holiday or longer stay in the Algarve. A real gem of an apartment with superb views over the ocean from its three terraces and over two pools (the apartment has use of the larger pool). A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants of Porto do Mos. .
Homes without pool
Priced to suit even the tightest budgets, these homes are superb opportunities for either short or long stays in the Algarve. Equally, not having access to a pool doesn't mean you can't enjoy the glorious weather we have in the Algarve as all have good outdoor areas for alfresco dining, or just enjoying that early morning cuppa or evening beer. And even if you don't have a pool, then there is a superb sports complex/indoor pool in Lagos itself which costs just a couple of euros to use or, if you want to indulge yourself, then the health club and spa at Boavista offers membership on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. .
