If you would like to make a booking then you can do so by clicking here. Bookings will be confirmed by email within 24 hours (although usually on receipt).
A 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking with the balance plus a refundable damage deposit (amount dependent on the property being booked, details of which will be advised prior to your booking) eight weeks in advance. This will be returned within two weeks of our returning the keys assuming no damage/breakages have occured. Payments can be made by either cheque (payment details on the booking form) or by a Credit Card/Paypal payment (you do not need need a Paypal account). Please note that credit card payments attract a 3.4% surcharge which is what Paypal charge me.
If you would prefer to pay by credit cardm for sterling payments you can do so by going to www.paypal.com and using the email address caroline@primealgarverentals.com. If you are paying by credit card and want to pay in euros, then you can use the address c.page@yahoo.com.
Please note that all damage deposits will be returned by bank transfer regardless of how the initial payments have been made.
Note that pets or smoking are not allowed in the properties - violation of this results in automatic non refund of deposit. Any damage caused by such will be chargeable. Occupancy numbers must not be exceeded at any time, and Prime Algarve Rentals reserves the right to remove guests and their belongings from the property without compensation.
